- It has been very strained during the pandemic and now it is important that we look up and look at how we can capture the effects after the pandemic, says HR director Magnus Darke.

The Dalarna region has initiated an investigation to find out how the staff feels after the pandemic, among other things with the help of in-depth interviews and various working groups.

According to Magnus Darke, approximately 2,000 people have been affected by working in covid care.

- Just as important as us

taking

action is that we take the

right

action.

"Statistics are a little behind"

SVT Dalarna has previously reported on IVA staff who resign because they can no longer cope after the pandemic and on the nurse Andreas Thelander who has been on sick leave due to stress.

But so far there is no increase in sick leave or staff turnover according to the HR director.

- But we also know that we are always a bit behind when it comes to statistics, he says.
