“Taking into account the ideas that were voiced today, I propose to update the strategy for the development of domestic metallurgy, calculated until 2030, by June 1 of this year,” TASS quoted him as saying.
Putin added that the metallurgical complex is one of the most important and largest in the real economy of Russia.
The Russian leader also instructed the government to prepare by July 1, 2022 an updated strategy for Russia's actions in the World Trade Organization (WTO) in connection with the sanctions pressure.
