“The government has decided to transfer the Mistral air defense system to Ukraine,” the ministry said in a statement on its website.
It is noted that the weapons are transferred free of charge.
Earlier, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that Canada would send large-caliber artillery to the Kiev authorities as part of the armament of the Ukrainian army.
