This Wednesday, the Departmental Directorate of Public Security in the North (DDSP) relayed the notice of the worrying disappearance of Jérôme Lemaistre, issued earlier by the Hazebrouck police station.

This man has not given any news since Monday.

The alert was first launched by the wife of the disappeared, Tuesday, on social networks.

The latter explains that her husband left his home in Hazebrouck on Monday morning by bike and has not returned since.

After contacting the authorities, his call was relayed in the form of a notice of worrying disappearance of an adult by the police services.

Overview on the road towards Le Touquet

Jérôme Lemaistre is 48 years old, “he is brown, blue eyes with glasses and measures 1.76 m.

He is dressed in blue and white striped shorts with pink flamingos, and a blue and brown striped long-sleeved t-shirt, ”explains the notice.

He travels on a “Riverside-Decathlon brand black touring bike”.

According to the wife of the disappeared, the latter was seen on Wednesday in Créquy, in Pas-de-Calais, towards Le Touquet.

"We assume that he wants to join the town of Etretat," she says.

However, as neither his family nor the police have had direct contact with him, the wanted notice remains in force.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Hazebrouck police at 03.28.50.15.15.
