A 10-year-old child died on Tuesday after falling from the fourth floor of an apartment building in Chaville (Hauts-de-Seine).
The tragedy occurred in the middle of the day, around 1:30 p.m., reports Le Parisien.
It was passers-by who gave the alert when they discovered the lifeless body of the little victim at the bottom of a building.
The emergency services immediately took care of him and transported him urgently to the Necker hospital in Paris, under police escort.
