“Without going into details of what other countries specifically supply, the Ukrainian Armed Forces received additional aircraft and aircraft parts, which allowed them to take more ships into the air,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

At the same time, Kirby did not name the countries supplying these components to Ukraine, but noted that we are talking about Russian-made aircraft.

As it became known earlier, the United States will transfer to Ukraine 200 M113 armored personnel carriers, 11 Mi-17 helicopters, 18 howitzers, 300 Switchblade loitering ammunition and 500 Javelin missiles.

At the same time, the United States will train the Armed Forces of Ukraine to handle American howitzers outside of Ukraine.
