“The leaders stressed the importance of further implementation of the agreements reached between Moscow and Yerevan in the field of ensuring biological safety, including on the basis of the Memorandum of Understanding on ensuring biological safety of May 6, 2021,” the document says.
The parties also agreed that the countries will jointly overcome the challenges posed by unilateral restrictions imposed by a number of countries.
As previously stated in the Russian Defense Ministry, the US administration is consistently building up the American military-biological potential in various regions of the world.
According to the department, there are already about 60 facilities on the border with Russia and China, modernized since 2005 with Pentagon money.
