  "Shihu" is the traditional fishing culture of the ancestors of Penghu. Taking advantage of the ebb and flow of sea water and the characteristics of fish migration, Shihu traps are built in the intertidal zone. It is estimated that there are nearly 600 in the intertidal area along the coast of Penghu, and they can be seen everywhere. Among them, "Jibei Island", which is known as the hometown of Shihu, still has more than 90 Shihus, among which Qimei Shuangxin Shihu is the most famous.
