The judge in the case of the masks has ordered the blocking of the nearly

deposited in three accounts of the businessman Alberto Luceño, one of the two investigated in the case for allegedly defrauding the

and pocketing six million euros in commissions together with
Louis Medina
.
As legal sources have confirmed to Efe, the blocking of this balance -129,140.42 euros- became effective on April 8 and corresponds to three current accounts, one of them belonging to the company
Takamaka Invest SL
, of which Luceño is a proxy. .
As for the balance on those cards, Luceño had 119,397 euros in the Takamaka account (119,397 euros), while in the other two personal accounts he accumulated just over 1,300 euros in one and in the third 8,377 euros.
In an order issued this Tuesday by the head of the investigating court number 47 of Madrid and that the Ser chain has advanced, the magistrate informs the parties that the seized assets do not cover the amount that the Anti-
Corruption Prosecutor
considers that he charged in commissions, 5.5 million euros.
The judge also states that the luxury cars he bought - a
Range
Rover and a
Lamborghini Huracan Eco Spiderque
- are no longer in his possession and that, therefore, the parties must propose new precautionary measures against him within five days.
The court also claims the company's properties in the name of Takamaka Invest from the registry.
