The snake was caught by firefighters when the train stopped at Yilan Station, and the Taiwan Railway is trying to clarify the cause of the incident.
A red-tailed boa with a length of about 1.5 meters appeared on the roof of the No. 272 train of the "Ziqiang" of the Taiwan Railway.

The Yilan Transportation Section of the Taiwan Railway said that at 8:19 am, the conductor of the 272nd "Ziqiang" received a report from the passengers in the 12th car that there was a snake "invading" on the roof of the car. In the carriage, Yilan Station also immediately notified the fire station to wait for the train to enter the station to get on the train.
The transportation department pointed out that after being caught by firefighters, the alarm was lifted, and the train was delayed for about 8 minutes.
