It is reported by RIA Novosti.

“The Judicial Board determined: to elect a preventive measure in the form of detention until May 22 against the judge of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow Kondrat Elena Nikolaevna,” the judge said.

According to investigators, Kondrat offered a $50,000 decision to bring certain persons to subsidiary liability and not others, for $50,000, to a colleague in the arbitration court considering the bankruptcy case.

She, according to the investigation, persuaded another judge during telephone conversations and personal meetings.

After that, the woman, who was offered a bribe, turned to the FSB, giving her consent to participate in the operational experiment.

The transfer of money was already under the control of law enforcement officers.

Earlier, the former deputy head of the investigative department of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Sverdlovsk region, Mikhail Busylko, was sentenced to eight and a half years in a strict regime colony for taking a bribe on an especially large scale.
