Amendments to the Prosecutor's Office Act and the Criminal Procedure Act proposed by the Democratic Party as a party argument were submitted to the Judiciary Committee of the National Assembly.

The ruling and opposition subcommittees discussed the so-called 'complete inspection' bill, which separates the prosecution's investigation and prosecution, but did not go through the resolution process.

The deputy director of the Court Administration Department, who attended the Judiciary Committee, also expressed the opinion that a cautious approach is necessary, saying, "The National Assembly should closely examine the protection of the people's basic rights, guarantee of social safety, and the need for democratic control by the prosecution."

The Judiciary Committee is scheduled to resume the second lieutenant at 2 pm today (19th) to continue discussing related contents.
