“As of 06:00 Moscow time, 48 forest fires were registered on the territory of Russia on a total area of 3.08 thousand hectares,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
It is specified that 19 forest fires with a total area of 1.39 thousand hectares are operating in a five-kilometer zone from settlements.
These foci are located on the territory of Khakassia, Trans-Baikal, Krasnoyarsk, Primorsky territories, Novosibirsk and Irkutsk regions.
Earlier it was reported that in 13 regions, rescuers introduced a special fire regime.
