The economist supported the president's position, and also noted the need to continue the course towards the further development of the Russian economy.

“We need to develop, move forward, give businesses the opportunity to go and realize their business potential in the market in order to increase the well-being of the people,” the expert concluded.

Putin also noted that the economic situation in Russia is stabilizing, the ruble exchange rate has returned to the levels of the first half of February.
