The second case was initiated after an accident with two buses in the Voronezh region

“The Specialized Department for the Investigation of Accidents by the Main Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Voronezh Region initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 5 of Art.

264 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Violation by a person driving a car of the rules of the road or the operation of vehicles, resulting in the death of two or more persons through negligence”), the press service said.

Earlier, the regional investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia had already opened a case under Part 3 of Art.

238 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements, resulting in the death of two or more persons through negligence”).

On April 16, two buses collided in the Voronezh region.

According to the latest data, three people died as a result of the accident.
