She also noted that the Russian side highly appreciates Syria's support for the Russian-led special military operation to protect the civilian population of the Donbass republics.
Earlier, Syrian Ambassador to Moscow Riyad Haddad said that the Syrian side is interested in expanding cooperation with the LPR and DPR and is studying the issue of their official recognition.
