According to an election poll, dissatisfaction with Chancellor Olaf Scholz has reached a new record high.

In the current Insa opinion trend for "Bild am Sonntag", 49 percent are dissatisfied with Olaf Scholz's work, 38 percent are satisfied.

This is the worst figure since the beginning of his tenure.

As many as 55 percent were dissatisfied with the federal government as a whole and only 35 percent were satisfied.

Sunday question: SPD further behind Union

In the Sunday question, the Social Democrats are behind the Union.

If there were a federal election today, the SPD would come to 25 percent, as in the previous week, according to the survey, and the Union would also remain unchanged at 26 percent.

The Greens can easily win, coming to 17 percent (plus one) this week.

The FDP remains at ten percent, the AfD loses one point and comes to ten percent.

The left can gain a point and would currently get five percent.

The other parties would have seven percent of the votes (minus one).

A total of 2404 citizens were interviewed for the surveys from April 11 to 14, 2022.

According to Insa, the maximum error tolerance for the Sunday question is plus/minus 2.8 percentage points
