The responsible comrades of the Central Ecological and Environmental Protection Supervision Office said that this is in the form of intra-party regulations to clarify that the main responsible comrades of the provincial party committees and governments are the first responsible persons for supervision and rectification.
The "Measures" stipulate that at the provincial level, the provincial party committees and governments are the main body responsible for the inspection and rectification, and their main responsible comrades are the first responsible persons for the inspection and rectification; Coordinate, supervise and promote the inspection and rectification work.
The "Measures" further promote the standardization and institutionalization of the inspection and rectification work, improve the long-term mechanism for the inspection and rectification work, and form a closed loop of inspection and rectification management for finding and solving problems.
The Central Ecological and Environmental Protection Supervision Office will organize and carry out supervision training, and guide and urge local and relevant central enterprises to accurately grasp the work requirements of supervision and rectification plan formulation, rectification implementation, supervision and inspection, acceptance of sales numbers, regular reports and public disclosure.
