The demand for an inclusive multilateral dialogue is becoming more and more obvious,” the statement reads.

The ministry noted that Russia is chairing the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) in 2021-2022 and is making every effort to improve its effectiveness.

Earlier, Moscow and Beijing expressed concern about the creation by the United States, Britain and Australia of the “triangular partnership” AUKUS.

Valery Gerasimov, Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, said that the formation of the AUKUS bloc creates the preconditions for the spread of nuclear technologies.
