According to the various institutes, the gaps between the outgoing president and the candidate of the National Rally remain very tight.
This is at least an observation that we did not find in 2017, where most polls gave Emmanuel Macron the winner at around 58% to 62% of the voting intentions between the two rounds.
As of April 15, the
Oxoda
research institute gives Emmanuel Macron the winner with 53% of the voting intentions.
Ifop-Fiducial
and
Opinion Way
share the same observation on their latest statements of April 12 and 13.
The
BVA
institute would grant 46% of voting intentions in the second round for Marine Le Pen.
The next debate between the two rounds should prove decisive for the candidates in their race for the highest office.
