Kim Jong-un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Council of the DPRK, attended the event.
At the report conference, Ri Il-hwan, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, delivered a report on "The immortal revolutionary history of the great Comrade Kim Il-sung will be immortal with the successful progress of the Juche cause".
After the report conference, a mass march in Pyongyang was held.
The huge North Korean flag, the bronze statues of Kim Il-sung and Kim Jong-il entered the celebration square with the parade, and the workers, farmers, youth and other phalanxes walked through the rostrum in turn.
Kim Jong-un raised his hand to the parade phalanx and waved back to the cheering crowd.
On the same day, Kim Jong-un also visited the Palace of the Sun at Geumsusan Mountain to pay tribute to Kim Il-sung and Kim Jong-il.
