According to the ministry, on the instructions of foreign intelligence services, Ukrainian centers of information and psychological operations are actively disseminating provocative messages in social networks and instant messengers calling for attending an unauthorized rally, which will allegedly be held on April 16 at the Theater Square in Lugansk.
The ministry said that it had been established that the mass mailing of messages was carried out from the territory of Ukraine.
“Information has also been received about the intention of foreign intelligence services to carry out a terrorist act at the time of the alleged mass gathering of people in the center of the capital of the LPR,” the MGB said.
The ministry called on citizens not to succumb to the provocations of the Ukrainian special services and not to put themselves and their loved ones in danger.
Earlier, the Ministry of State Security of the LPR detained two employees of the Luhansk team of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission on suspicion of high treason.
