“Three people were allowed to go home after being examined by doctors, their condition is satisfactory,” Bogomaz wrote on Telegram.

The governor stressed that the provision of medical assistance to the victims is under his personal control.

Alexey Kuznetsov, assistant to the head of the Russian Ministry of Health, said that out of the eight victims of the incident in the Bryansk region, five people are being treated in hospital.

According to him, the condition of two is assessed as serious.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee of Russia reported that two Ukrainian combat helicopters invaded Russian airspace and carried out six airstrikes on residential buildings in the Bryansk region.

The Ministry of Health said that as a result of the shelling of the Bryansk region from Ukraine, eight people were injured.

Later, Aleksey Kuznetsov said that a boy born in 2020, who received a penetrating head wound during shelling from Ukraine, was transported from the Bryansk region to Moscow.
