Kirillov recalled that the United States accompanied the ratification of the Geneva Protocol with a number of reservations, one of which allows for the retaliatory use of chemical and toxin weapons.

On March 24, the Russian Ministry of Defense said that experts from the Russian Armed Forces had revealed new facts of the involvement of the US Department of Defense in the development of biological weapons in Ukraine.

Earlier, the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that the US biological laboratories raise many questions not only for Russia, Washington is obliged to provide comprehensive information on them.

China also commented on the situation with biological laboratories.

Wu Qian, spokesman for the Chinese Ministry of Defense, noted that the US military biological activities lack transparency.
