Saudi Arabia reveals the reason for preventing the transmission of prayers via live broadcasts (video)

The Minister of Islamic Affairs and Guiding Call in Saudi Arabia, Dr. Abdullatif Al-Sheikh, revealed the reason for preventing the transmission of prayers via live broadcast.

Speaking to the Saudi "Al-Ekhbariya Channel", Abdullatif Al-Sheikh said that the ministry prevents the use of uncontrollable means to combat all extremist ideas.

He stressed that the reason for preventing the transmission of prayers via live broadcasts is not mistrust by any of the imams and sermons, explaining that the reason is to guard against the occurrence of any error that someone unintentionally causes affects Muslims.

He stressed that they are charged with protecting the ideas of Muslims, and also by protecting the leader by unintentionally sending any wrong message that all listeners will bear, noting that the Kingdom is its mission to preserve Islam from exploitation by anyone.
