  The Russian Foreign Ministry said this was in response to the sanctions imposed by the U.S. government on 328 representatives of the Russian State Duma on March 24.

The Russian Foreign Ministry warned that as U.S. sanctions continue, Russia plans to further expand the list and take other countermeasures.

  Previously, on March 24, the United States announced a series of sanctions against Russia, including 328 members of the Russian State Duma and 19 Russian business elites, the Russian State Duma and 48 large state-owned enterprises in the Russian defense sector.
