In order to organize this team well, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and its Xiyuan Hospital have attached great importance to it. Since December 2021, applications have been solicited from the whole hospital, and more than 110 colleagues in various positions have responded positively. .
With the continuous understanding of the epidemic situation in Cambodia and the main local diseases, we have gradually and accurately reduced the current scale of 12 people, including management, medical care, nursing, epidemic prevention and control and other talents.
The team composition is based on the combination of the old, middle and young generations. I am in charge of medical and nursing work in Xiyuan Hospital, and I am also the deputy commander of the hospital epidemic prevention and control headquarters. In 2003, I went to the front line of SARS prevention and control; Fan Maorong, chief physician, is both a respiratory department of Xiyuan Hospital The deputy director is also the deputy head of the New Coronary Pneumonia TCM Group of the Haidian District Health Commission of Beijing, and the leader of the New Coronary Pneumonia Consultation Expert Group of Xiyuan Hospital. Relying on TCM outpatient clinics to display standardized outpatient process settings, regional division of clinics, epidemiological screening, pre-examination and triage, sub-regional treatment, and disinfection in clinics and other related practice standards.
Further in-depth understanding of the needs of hospitalized patients, giving priority to the interests of patients, planning and building a demonstration TCM ward.
