This was reported to "Kryminform" in the press service of the FSB in the Crimea and Sevastopol.

According to the detainee, he met a reserve colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who invited him to join an illegal group for the defense of Mariupol.

“On March 14, shelling in Mariupol became more intense, we decided to get out of the city ... I drove in my car with my mother towards Berdyansk, and then towards Crimea,” the detainee explained.

A criminal case has been initiated against the man.

On April 9, it was reported that law enforcement officers detained a member of the banned armed formation “Battalion named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan”, who was trying to enter the territory of Crimea.

Earlier, a supporter of Ukrainian neo-Nazis was detained in Crimea, who kept an improvised explosive device at his home.

In addition, they found “video materials of radical content” and correspondence with members of Ukrainian nationalist battalions.
