"Abu Dhabi Prosecution" orders the imprisonment of a foreigner on charges of causing panic in society and uttering racist terms offensive to the state

The Public Prosecution in Abu Dhabi ordered the detention of a female accused, pending investigation, on charges of committing an act that would disturb public order, disobeying the instructions of a public official and resisting the women’s police, while she was in the lobby of a hotel and deliberately causing chaos and screaming without justification, and chanting racist and discriminatory phrases against the state. In order to create panic in the community.


The details of the incident are due to the receipt of a report by the Abu Dhabi Police, according to which the accused caused chaos upon her arrival at the hotel, the site of the accident, and uttered insulting phrases to the state that involve racial discrimination. A white weapon was hidden in her clothes, and a group of bags containing surveillance cameras, 15 mobile phones and computers were also seized. 


By questioning the accused before the Public Prosecution in Abu Dhabi, she admitted the accusations against her, and her possession of the bags in which the electronic seizures were found, including computers, phones, monitoring and storage devices, and she did not provide any justification for her actions.
