In the middle of the day on 15 September, the police and ambulance were alerted to an apartment in Gottsunda.
In the home was a shot man in his 30s who died of his injuries.
On Wednesday, Uppsala District Court sentenced two men in their 20s to prison for murder.
One of the men was also convicted of stabbing a man on a bus at another time in September and sentenced to 14 years in prison for murder, aggravated weapon crime, aggravated assault and other crimes.
The other man is sentenced to 14 years in prison for murder and aggravated weapon crime.
Both men deny any wrongdoing.
