A woman filed a complaint, last month in Ain, against her former companion, who allegedly subjected her to atrocious violence, after telephone harassment (10,000 often insulting calls and SMS recorded by the gendarmes).
The facts date back to March 25 when, as
Le Progrès
indicates , her ex would have pulled her by the hair, before sitting on her and banging her head on the ground.
The couple was then in the process of separation, after several years of living together.
While the victim was hospitalized, the suspect would then have stolen his keys in order to go to his house to ransack everything, including the belongings of their children.
Wanted by the gendarmes since March 26, the spouse was imprisoned on April 8, and his trial, scheduled for Monday, has just been postponed to May 2.
