This was done as part of the investigation of the case initiated against the commander of the "Georgian National Legion" Mamuka Mamulashvili.
He is suspected of recruiting mercenaries and their participation in the armed conflict.
He also called for violence against Russian military personnel.
“Citizen of Georgia Mamuka Mamulashvili created the specified armed formation on the territory of Ukraine, acted as its leader and involved 24 citizens of Georgia as mercenaries in its activities and the activities of a number of other Ukrainian armed formations,” the ministry said in a statement.
Currently, these mercenaries are taking part in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine against representatives of the DPR, LPR and the Russian Armed Forces.
The UK website lists the names of all the suspects.
