The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the death of a young man and the wounding of 10 by Israeli forces' bullets, as they stormed the city of Nablus. This was part of a campaign carried out by the Israeli army in several cities in the West Bank, during which a number of Palestinians were arrested.

Al-Jazeera correspondent said that in the early hours of Wednesday morning, the Israeli occupation forces stormed the eastern neighborhood of Jenin from several axes, while the spokesman of the occupation army announced the implementation of large-scale arrests in Jenin, Tulkarm, Nablus and other areas.

Al-Jazeera correspondent Sherine Abu Aqleh explained that the occupation forces have been carrying out raids and arrests in several areas in the occupied West Bank for days, and continue to focus on Jenin, where the armed resistance is disturbed by members of the Palestinian factions in the city and its camp.

But she added that the incursions are still limited, noting that the Israeli Minister of Internal Security Omer Bar-Lev threatened to launch a large-scale military campaign in Jenin and other areas.

The correspondent stated that there are reports that the occupation forces have surrounded the house of the Palestinian Yazan Lahluh, a freed prisoner who was released a year ago.

She pointed out that the occupation forces stormed earlier in the town of Qabatiya in the Jenin governorate, and arrested the Palestinian, Musab Hanaysha, after they surrounded his house.

Palestinian media said that the occupation vehicles withdrew from Jenin after an armed clash.

For its part, the Israeli Army Radio said that its forces left Jenin after arresting 3 wanted men.

Targeting Nablus and Jenin

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said that a young man was killed this morning and 10 others were wounded by the Israeli occupation forces' bullets during their storming of the city of Nablus, and these cases were transferred to Rafidia Governmental Hospital.

The Palestinian media had reported that there were live bullet injuries in confrontations with the occupation in different areas of the West Bank.

Earlier, the Israeli Army Radio reported that the army was looking into the possibility of adding more reinforcements in the West Bank and along the line of contact.

The occupation army had reinforced its forces during the past few days with 14 battalions that were deployed in Jerusalem and various areas in the West Bank and along the seam line.

Palestinians fear that the occupation forces will invade Jenin camp, as the camp witnessed 20 years ago.

The Palestinian Information Center said that the camp's mosques declared a general mobilization to confront any possible incursion by the Israeli army.

This came after a deadline granted by the occupation army to the father of the martyr Raad Hazem, the perpetrator of the recent Tel Aviv operation, to surrender.

At the same time, Palestinian warnings escalated about the settlers' plan to "slaughter offerings" inside the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The spokesman for the Palestinian presidency, Nabil Abu Rudeineh, said that the threat of Jewish extremists to storm Al-Aqsa to slaughter sacrifices, and the threat to deploy more occupation forces in the Palestinian territories, will lead to a dangerous escalation that cannot be controlled.

He added that the continuation of the daily cold-blooded killings of Palestinians, and the continued arrests and incursions into Palestinian cities, villages and camps, are the main reason for the escalation.

Abu Rudeineh pointed out that what the occupation government is doing on the ground proves that it is not interested in the success of all regional and international efforts to prevent escalation, "so that the holy month of Ramadan becomes a month of worship."

In turn, the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) confirmed that the occupation authorities' permitting the settlers to implement the scheme of slaughtering sacrifices in Al-Aqsa will have dire and unexpected consequences.

Hamas said that the resistance cannot remain silent in the face of the occupation's crimes and violations, stressing that the escalation against the Palestinian people and the desecration of sanctities will rebound in the face of the Israeli occupation.

The Palestinian resistance factions also warned the occupation authorities against carrying out the plan to storm Al-Aqsa and slaughter it.

The resistance factions said - in a statement - that "the enemy's leadership bears full responsibility for the repercussions of this dangerous Judaization step," explaining that the battle with the occupation is open and comprehensive in all squares of Palestine.

The so-called "temple groups" have set up two tents in the Umayyad Palaces Square (south of Al-Buraq Square), in preparation for scattering the ashes of the offerings that will be slaughtered in the Dome of the Rock in the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The "temple groups" said that they had drawn up plans - according to their claim - to implement the unique goal that has been waiting for decades and years, to complete the rituals and ceremonies to celebrate the "Jewish Passover", explaining that the sheep will be brought for slaughter and burning during the days of the feast, which began on Tuesday and culminates in the evening of next Friday.

The “temple groups” continue to escalate and provoke worshipers, Jerusalemites and Muslims of the world daily with incursions during the day, and send extremist settlers to provoke worshipers and Jerusalemites in the Al-Wad neighborhood and at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque: the column, the Majlis, and the Qattanin market.
