According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the guarantor of Crimea's security is the development of its all-round ties with the south of Ukraine.

Earlier, the head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, announced the intention of the region's authorities to restore all the railway lines connecting Crimea and the Kherson region of Ukraine.
