It is known that Ahn Cheol-soo, chairman of the transition committee, canceled the official schedule today (14th).

According to the transition committee and Chairman Ahn, Chairman Ahn was scheduled to visit the firefighting policy site of the Seoul Fire Headquarters at 10:30 am today, but was notified of his absence from the transition committee.

Chairman Ahn's schedule, which was announced to the media every day, has also not been announced.

Personnel recommended by Chairman Ahn, who promised a joint government in the two previous appointments of President-elect Yoon Seok-yeol on the 10th and 13th, were not included.

Chairman Ahn did not attend the lunch box dinner that was scheduled to be shared with President-elect Yoon and members of the transition committee yesterday.

There was an interpretation that it revealed an uncomfortable feeling toward the cabinet appointment.

It is expected that he will not be able to digest the official schedule today, and there are observations that Chairman Ahn is thinking about where he is going.

An official from Ahn's side said, "I've been working frantically for the past month, but I think it's time to look back and judge the situation."

On the 3rd of last month, six days before the presidential election, President-elect Yoon and Ahn announced the unification of the candidates and agreed to form a joint government and to unite the two parties after the election.

Since then, among the 24 members of the transition committee, eight people from Ahn's side accounted for a large number, but the appointments announced so far have excluded those recommended by Chairman Ahn.

How the two sides lead the issue of forming a joint government may have a cascading effect on the issue of reconciliation in the future.
