Although no separate evidence was presented in this speech, suspicions have been raised that Russia used indiscriminate lethal weapons such as white phosphorus bombs, cluster bombs, and thermobaric bombs.



The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, the International Criminal Court, who is investigating allegations of war crimes in Russia, visited Bucha, Ukraine, where the genocide allegations were raised.
