It differs between regions in terms of what care Ukrainian refugees should receive.

The minimum level in Sweden is that adults from Ukraine, who have applied for asylum or a temporary residence permit under the Mass Refugee Directive, are entitled to so-called care that cannot be delayed.

It roughly means "care that can not wait".

But Sörmland goes further than the requirement in the directive and gives all Ukrainian refugees the same care that is given to Sörmlanders.

In the clip, Mats Henningsson, head of health elections at Region Sörmland, explains why they choose to give Ukrainian refugees the same care as Sörmlanders and what it means for the county's residents.
