Another 30% believe that the salary should be from 70 thousand rubles, 29% think that from 50 thousand rubles, and 7% - less than 50 thousand rubles.
According to the survey, a third of residents (33%) are retrained as IT specialists for the sake of high salaries.
The ability to work remotely and customize the workflow for themselves stimulates the learning of 20% of respondents.
19% choose a new specialty in order to be a sought-after specialist, 8% - for the sake of comfortable working conditions, 6% - for the opportunity to work for any large company, 5% - because of the opportunity to leave the region to work in the capital, 4% - because for the opportunities that are now provided in the country to IT specialists, and only 1% noted opportunities for career growth.
The study was conducted among 1720 residents of the country aged 18-55 years.
Earlier, the SymbioWay IT recruitment center conducted a study, according to which 40% of workers in this industry do not plan to leave Russia, and 20% did not even think about it.
