Formation of the Board of Trustees of the “Mohammed bin Rashid Global Initiatives” Foundation

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, issued a decree forming the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives.

The decree stipulated that the Foundation's Board of Trustees would be formed under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and the membership of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, as Vice President, His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Her Highness Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Her Highness Sheikha Maitha bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The Board also includes in its membership: Secretary General of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dubai Cares, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Noor Dubai Foundation, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Emirates Water Authority, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Library Foundation, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Library Foundation. Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Creative Sports Award, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, Secretary General of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Emirates Bank for Food, Secretary General of the Arab Media Award, and Assistant Secretary General of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, and the Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation.
