Utilize the transportation capacity vacated by the suspension of operation and reduce the operation of passenger cars, increase the transportation of national economy and people's livelihood and key materials such as electricity coal, spring ploughing materials, engineering construction raw materials, etc., and make every effort to serve the stable operation of the national economy.
