The crimes take place during the night and have most often been discovered by car owners during the morning.
During the first week of April, 18 thefts were reported in Norrköping and now in a short time, 5 have been reported in Linköping.
- We constantly work with patrols in residential areas during the nights.
Then it's also about luck as we do not know exactly where the thieves strike.

When it comes to car thefts, it is usually organized leagues that are behind it.
- Leagues that receive orders from abroad are largely exclusive.
To prevent more crimes from happening, the Police are now asking for help from the public.
