Just under two percent of the county's regional politicians are 30 years or younger.
More than half are 65 years or older.
But Henrik Wikström believes that age should not be the only parameter - other factors are also important.
- I have been in healthcare since I graduated from high school.
First as a transporter at the hospital in Sunderbyn and then I continued to study to be a doctor.
In addition to working in healthcare, it is fun and rewarding to have a finger in the decision itself, says Henrik Wikström.
