According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Moscow Region, the small fire caused by the explosion has been put out.
According to preliminary information, no one was under the rubble where the explosion occurred.
60 people in the residential building have been evacuated to a temporary resettlement site at the local cultural center.
It is reported that the residential building where the accident occurred was built in 1969, and the cause of the explosion may be the failure of the gas equipment.
At present, the criminal case of "providing services and causing death due to non-compliance with security requirements" has been transferred to the Moscow Region Investigative Committee for immediate investigation.
