It is the first time in four years and five months since the three carriers gathered in the East Sea in November 2017, when North Korea conducted ICBM test launches and nuclear tests one after another.



Abraham Lincoln is a carrier that checked the test firing of North Korean ICBMs by sortieing aircraft into the West Sea on the 15th of last month.



On the 15th, Kim Il-sung's birthday, the Day of the Sun, there are signs that North Korea will launch an additional ICBM or conduct a seventh nuclear test. is.



The Lincoln Carrier may conduct joint naval exercises with the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) in the southern seas of the East Sea and the South Korean Navy, respectively.



After that, it is expected that they will conduct reconnaissance operations targeting North Korea's nuclear and missile facilities, including ground target strike drills using warplanes and the Punggye-ri nuclear test site, without returning immediately.
