At 13:19 on Sunday, SOS was alerted to a fire at the bakery in Gamletull in Halmstad.
It was under an oven that it started to burn for unclear reasons.
Emergency services rushed to the scene and were able to extinguish and prevent the fire from spreading.
The staff must have recovered from injuries, but four employees sought care for control as a precaution when they inhaled smoke.
No bread on Monday
