Attacked with a knife on Saturday in an apartment in Toulouse, the young man tried to escape through the window by clinging to a gutter before collapsing in the street.
But the victim, in his twenties, did not survive his injuries and died in hospital on Sunday.
This murder took place on Chemin du Petit-Séminaire, in the Barrière district of Paris, during what looks like, from a source close to the investigation, a “punitive expedition” against a background of drug trafficking.
On Sunday, three suspects were taken into custody.
A fourth person, who was in the apartment where the assault took place, was also arrested.
At the scene, the police seized half a kilo of cocaine.
