The spokesman for the Israeli occupation army, Avichai Adraei, posted on his Twitter account a video of his meeting with a Bahraini journalist called Ahdiya Ahmed in Tel Aviv, and thanked her for her efforts to reveal the truth about Israel, he says.

Adraee praised the role of the Bahraini media in showing the image of life in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, in addition to highlighting the lives of Israelis and Israeli women, expressing his aspirations for what he called a true partnership between societies.

In turn, Ahdeya thanked Adraee for hosting her, and for what she described as supporting women in the Israeli army, and gave him a souvenir that depicts women in the Gulf heritage.

And she thanked - in a tweet on her Twitter - the military spokesman for his support of all Arab national voices that defend peace.

And she expressed her appreciation for the "colossal work" carried out by the spokesman of the occupation army "for the sake of peace in our country," she says.

She stressed the continuation of "working together to achieve a better future for all."

Bahrain and Israel established official relations in 2020 within the framework of the Abraham Agreements, which were brokered by the United States and included the UAE and Morocco as well.
