Six people were indicted this Friday as part of an investigation into the probable settlement of scores that occurred on the night of August 21 to 22 in the city of the Navy Blue, in Marseille, which had cost the life of two men aged 25 and 26.
These five men and one woman are accused of murder in an organized gang, complicity, association of criminals, concealment of theft in an organized gang and willful destruction by fire in an organized gang.
A seventh person indicted next week
“A seventh person will be presented next week before the examining magistrate with a view to his indictment on an arrest warrant”, specifies the public prosecutor of Marseille Dominique Laurens in a press release.
“The main detainees asserted their right to silence or disputed the alleged facts with the exception of one of them on peripheral facts, adds the prosecutor.
All of the people referred in this case have already been sentenced by the courts except for one of them.
“Three people have already been indicted last September in this same case.
