At least 30 people have been killed and 100 injured after two missiles hit the Kramatorsk

train station in

eastern Ukraine.

The attack has been carried out against a station from which thousands of people have been evacuated for days to the rest of the country.

According to AFP reports, hundreds of people were still waiting at the station before the attack to get on a train that would take them out of the city, which was under threat of a tightening of the Russian offensive as it was within the Donetsk region.

And it is that the authorities had already warned the citizens who remained in the cities of Donbas to flee as soon as possible in anticipation of a resurgence of the Russian offensive.

"Two missiles have hit the Kramatorsk train station," confirmed the Ukrainian Railways company, adding: "According to the data, more than 30 people have been killed and more than 100 have been injured in the attack."

It is not the first time that Russia has attacked a humanitarian corridor through which civilians are evacuated.

Previously there had been bombings in full evacuation of citizens in cities such as Mariupol or Volvovakha, among other cities.
