The scene became a mess with firefighters fighting the fire and citizens evacuating.

At least 50 people have been killed and more than 300 injured at a train station in Kramatorsk, a city in northern Donetsk province, eastern Ukraine, where the missile hit.

The dead included children, and it is known that there were many residents on the way to the train station at the time.

The missile's wreckage had the Russian phrase 'For our children' written on it.

The Ukrainian side claimed that the Russians attacked using cluster bombs, weapons of mass destruction, containing hundreds of small bombs in a single bomb.

However, the Russian defense ministry denies the attack, saying the attack was carried out by Ukrainian forces to prevent evacuation and use them as human shields.

While statements of condemnation from the West continue, this attack along with the secondary massacre is expected to have a significant impact on the peace negotiations between the two countries.
